Terms & Conditions
The terms on which we help you apply for a visa.
Who we are
Kairsa is a service operated by Safar Technologies Private Limited, registered at 5-993/88, Mahboob Nagar Colony, GB Darga, Gulbarga, Kalaburagi (Gulbarga), Karnataka 585104, India. These terms govern your use of https://kairsa.com and the services offered on it. By placing an order you accept them.
What we do, and what we do not do
Kairsa provides visa application assistance. We help you choose the right visa, tell you which documents are required, check what you upload, and lodge the application through a licensed visa-processing partner.
Kairsa is not a government body and is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We do not issue visas and we cannot influence a decision.
- The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the destination country's authority.
- A refusal is not a failure of our service, and government fees paid to that authority are not returned to us.
- Processing times published on the site are the authority's or our partner's estimates; the on-time guarantee covers only the Kairsa platform fee, on the terms set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You may apply on behalf of other travellers, including minors, provided you are authorised to share their personal information and documents with us.
Accounts are identified by an Indian mobile number and secured with a one-time password. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for everything done through your account.
Your responsibilities
The application stands or falls on what you give us, so:
- Information and documents must be accurate, current, and genuinely yours (or the traveller's).
- Passports must be valid for the period the destination requires, typically at least six months beyond travel.
- Submitting forged, altered or another person's documents is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authority.
- You must tell us about previous visa refusals, deportations or immigration issues, which can affect eligibility.
We check documents for completeness and obvious problems. That check reduces avoidable rejections; it is not a guarantee of approval.
Prices, fees and tax
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and shown in full before payment, broken into the government fee, processing fee, platform fee and, where applicable, package fee. GST is included in the taxable components at the applicable rate; it is not added on afterwards.
A GST tax invoice is issued for every captured payment and is available from your dashboard.
Government fees are set by the destination authority and can change without notice. If a fee changes after you pay but before lodgement, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund of the affected amount.
Payment
Payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. Kairsa never sees or stores your full card number, CVV or UPI credentials.
An application is only lodged after payment is captured. If a payment fails or is reversed, work stops until it is resolved.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation rights and refund amounts are set out in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our suppliers
Kairsa works with licensed B2B visa-processing partners who hold the relevant accreditations. To process your application we share the traveller details and documents necessary for that purpose, and no more. We remain your point of contact throughout and are responsible to you for the service.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian law, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Subject to that, Kairsa's total liability arising out of an application is limited to the platform fee paid for that application. We are not liable for a visa refusal, for an authority's processing delay, for travel, accommodation or other costs you commit to before a visa is granted, or for losses arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete.
We strongly recommend not making non-refundable travel bookings until the visa has been granted.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, design and software are owned by Safar Technologies Private Limited and may not be copied, scraped or reproduced without written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the effective date at the top of this page tells you which that is.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kalaburagi, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before litigation, please raise the matter with our grievance officer at grievance@kairsa.com. Most disputes are a misunderstanding about which fees are refundable, and are resolved in a day.
