What Kairsa does
Kairsa, operated by Safar Technologies Private Limited, helps travellers in India apply for visas online. You choose a visa, we tell you exactly which documents that specific visa needs, we check what you upload, and we lodge the application through a licensed processing partner.
The idea is unglamorous: most visa refusals are avoidable paperwork errors, and most visa anxiety comes from not knowing where the application is or what it will cost.
The Umrah e-visa
Our flagship product is the Saudi Umrah e-visa, which we handle in every combination pilgrims actually arrive in: 90-day and 30-day validity, with or without an existing Nusuk/MOFA booking reference, and for Indian passport holders as well as Iqama holders resident abroad.
Each combination needs a different document set. Rather than showing one generic checklist and letting people guess, the site asks which situation applies and shows only the documents that situation requires.
How we are different
- Transparent pricing — the government fee, processing fee, platform fee and any package fee are itemised before you pay, and again on your GST invoice. No charges appear at the end.
- An approval score with its workings shown — the recent approval rate for that exact visa, with a confidence band saying how much data is behind it. Kairsa is new, so early figures are indicative rather than a track record.
- An on-time guarantee — a committed delivery date, and if we miss it the platform fee is refunded automatically without you having to ask.
How we work
Kairsa is a reseller. We buy visa processing wholesale from licensed B2B partners who hold the IATA accreditation and employ the visa teams, and we sell it retail with our own service layer on top. We are open about this because it explains our pricing: part of what you pay goes to the authority, part to the partner who lodges the application, and part to us for the service.
