Delivery Policy

How an approved e-visa reaches you, and what the promised date means.

Nothing is physically shipped

Kairsa sells a service, not goods. The visas we handle are electronic: the finished document is delivered digitally, as a PDF in your Kairsa dashboard and by email. There is no courier, no tracking number and no shipping charge, anywhere in India or outside it.

The promised delivery date

Every processing speed carries a promised delivery date, calculated from the moment your application is complete — that is, payment captured and every required document uploaded and accepted.

The date is shown before you pay, repeated on the confirmation, and visible on the application at all times. Uploading a missing or rejected document later moves the date, because the clock starts when the application is actually lodgeable.

How delivery happens

  • You receive an SMS and an email the moment the visa is issued.
  • The visa PDF is available in your dashboard under the application, downloadable as often as you need.
  • Print a copy and carry it with you. Most authorities expect a printed e-visa at immigration even when the record is electronic.

If we miss the date

If Kairsa misses the promised delivery date, the platform fee is refunded automatically to your original payment method. You do not need to claim it, and the application keeps being processed.

The guarantee covers Kairsa's own fee. Government, processing and package fees are paid to the authority and to our partner and are not covered — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What can delay a visa

Some causes lie outside anyone's control and, where they do, they are excluded from the guarantee:

  • Public holidays and weekends in the destination country.
  • Additional documents, an interview or biometrics requested by the authority.
  • Seasonal surges — Umrah and Hajj periods in particular.
  • Incomplete, unclear or inconsistent documents supplied to us.
  • Suspension of visa issuance by the destination government.

We tell you as soon as we know a date is at risk, rather than letting it pass quietly.

Tracking your application

Every application has a reference number. Sign in to your dashboard, or use Track on https://kairsa.com with the reference, to see the current stage and the promised date. Status changes are pushed to you by SMS and email as they happen.
