How accurate is the approval score?
It shows the recent approval rate recorded for that exact visa, with a confidence band telling you how much data sits behind it. Kairsa is new, so early figures are indicative rather than a track record — treat them as a guide, never as a promise. Only the issuing authority decides an application.
What is a BRN and do I need one?
A Booking Reference Number comes from an approved Nusuk/MOFA Umrah package. If you have one, apply with BRN. If not, we arrange the package for you (the package fee is shown upfront).
Can Iqama holders apply?
Yes. Indian passport holders resident abroad on an Iqama can apply — we automatically tailor the document checklist to your situation.
What happens if you miss the promised date?
Your service fee is refunded automatically to your original payment method. Government and package fees are paid to authorities and partners, so they're non-refundable.
